I was beyond thrilled to find myself mentioned in the 'Favorite Room' article in the Globe and Mail for the second time in a few weeks. This time it was for my 'Chalkline' merino wool felt cushions found in Brian MacKay-Lyons favourite room in the beautiful Nova Scotia schoolhouse, located at the stunning Shobac farm in Upper Kingsburg, N.S. I have had the distinct pleasure of staying at Shobac... "at the end of a peninsula, on the edge of the ocean, at the end of the earth", as Brian so aptly describes it here in this article. A most beautiful place! These cushions are among a few special pieces residing in the schoolhouse.
If you are ever heading to Nova Scotia I highly recommend staying at Shobac!

Aly's post,
Lorraine Tuson- I fell in love with this organic sculptor. Perfect to add some pizazz to any corner, made of felt, brass tubing, and nautical rope, this piece has a lot of impact.
