Sustainability

All of our products are made using sustainable materials such as merino wool, linen, and naturally tanned leather.

Merino Wool

The majority of our felt products are made using merino wool, sourced from Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. This type of wool uses 17% less energy than polyester and 70% less water.

It is 100% VOC free, contains no irritants, nor microplastics meaning it does not harm our waters. And since merino wool is also biodegradable, recyclable, it is kept out of landfills.

Full circle

The sustainable benefits of merino felt are endless. Not only is one of the softest fabrics on the planet (even softer than cashmere), it doesn't pill like other wool fabrics.

Organic Linen

Linen is one of the most sustainable fabrics on earth. As it's made from every part of the flax plant, there is little waste left over. Since it's also not made with any chemicals there is no pollution to the waters in the production process.

“Knowing that you love the earth changes you, activates you to defend and protect and celebrate. But when you feel that the earth loves you in return, that feeling transforms the relationship from a one-way street into a sacred bond.”
